Monday Community Dinner

Each Monday, a team of cooks meet in the Keever Hall kitchen to prepare a delicious dinner for about 60-75 needy people in our area.  Please email us if you would like to be involved in this ministry.

Family Promise of the Lower Cape Fear

Interfaith Hospitality Network is a ministry which provides temporary housing for homeless families. On a rotating basis, 13 area churches provide accommodations and meals for 3 to 5 families for one week, four times a year. During the day, the guests either go to work or school or to Family Promise’s Day Center on Fourth Street. Further information about Family Promise can be found on their website.

Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard

Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard provides emergency food rations to needy people in our community. We assist through food drives held the second Sunday of the month. A shopping a shopping list for Mother Hubbard can be found by clicking here.
